The polished thickness can be 0.05-0.10mm. This machine is generally used to clean the cutter mark which is on the normal teeth zipper, European teeth zipper and corn teeth zipper (normally 240#,400# and 600# wheels are used). This machine can also be used for brighten Y teeth Zipper (normally 800# and 1000# wheels are used). If the feeling is sharp after polishing by this machine, customers can choose QLQ-F12P or QLQ-F24P polishing machine for chamfering the sharp burr. QLQ-F12P can chamfer the burr more Clean, but the brighten result is not as good as QLQ-F24P. Customers can choose the machine according to their own requirements.
