It can record data of the machine by the control system and automatically calculate output and production rate. It can also transmit data to company server by WIFI so that management can be aware of the working condition in detail of each machine all the time.

3.The machine is equipped with width monitor, which monitors chain dimensions in real time. If they are continuously out of specs, the machine will give alarm and stop automatically. Therefore the accurateness of the chain dimensions is greatly advanced while the human inspection cost is reduced significantly. The machine can have a steady production with tolerance of ±0.02MM.

4.Monofilaments are fed by constant pushing force of tension control system which is calculated automatically by IC chip. Centre cords are also fed by constant pushing force of machine stability system which has been patented. The above two types of material feeding system are stable and coordinated, thus the dimensions of products can be stabilized within a preset range.
