⇒Structure And Principle

      Our machione is designed according to teeth head direction and shape. The teeth heads are shifted horizontally by 6 fixtures in different angles, and then cmpletely polished by 10 polishing wheels from positive and negative directions from rough to fine for metal zippers.

1.The fixtures of this machine are designed based on multi-angle feature of teeth head, which makes sure each angle become smooth after polishing.

2.The teeth head are polished by 10 polishing wheels from positive and negative directions from rough to fine, which guarantee the high output and good quality.

3.Zippers swing lightly and make automatic adjustment to steel brass, which enhances over 5 times of steel wheels' life cycles.

4.High pressure vacuum system can be chosen to absorb most of copper powder.
