Advantages of Automatic Nylon Zipper Coil Forming Machine

1.  We used stainless steel electricity box to replace painted iron electricity box. Because the both sides of the electricity box are forming parts, and the temperature is very high. If we use painted iron electricity box for half year or one year, the paint will fade, and the machine will become very ugly. Our new model machine can solve this problem well.

2.  We changed the small glass door to this big glass door with aluminum frame, so the technician can check the center cord inside the machine easily, and can connect the new roll center cord in advance. For the old model machine with small glass door, the technician cannot check the center cord easily, so the technician usually connects the new center cord after the old center cord is totally used up, it will waste about half hour to connect the new center cord. Our new model machine can solve this problem well.
