Polishing brush for metal zipper polishing machine

Our Advantages:

1. The polished thickness can be 0.05-0.10mm. This brush is generally used to clean the cutter mark which is on the normal teeth zipper, European teeth zipper and corn teeth zipper (normally 240#,400# and 600# wheels are used).

2. This brush can also be used for brightening Y teeth Zipper (normally 800# and 1000# wheels are used).

3. If the feeling is sharp after polishing by this machine, customers can choose QLQ-F12P or QLQ-F24P polishing machine for chamfering the sharp burr. QLQ-F12P can chamfer the burr cleaner, but the brightening result is not as good as QLQ-F24P. Customers can choose the machine according to their own requirements.

It is used for polishing metal zipper surface, and it can clean cutter mark, catcher mark and sharp edge on zipper teeth surface to make zipper surface achieve high quality of brightness, smoothness and cleanness.

5--What is the difference of needle loom machine for making nylon zipper, metal zipper and plastic zipper?
QLQ: For nylon zipper, we recommend 12 tapes or 14 tapes, and for plastic and metal zipper, they can use the same needle loom machine and we recommend 8 and 10 tapes.
