The Process

1. Creating Center Cord:

You can create Center Cord with our “QLQ-CC8M Automatic Zipper Centre Cord Making Machine (8 heads)” machine. Which has 4 heads in frontside and 4 head in the backside. You can use 8 bobbins there or QLQ-CC16M Automatic Zipper Centre Cord Making Machine(16 heads).

You can use this machine to create center cords from number 3 to number 10 by adjusting the yard quantity. If you want to create center cord you will need Yarn of different sizes. For center cord rolling there are two options for your choice, machine with 2 heads or machine with 6 heads. We use that rolling machine to wrap the yards into the bobbin.

2. Creating Zipper Tape:

The next step is to create zipper tape, for this, you will have to wrap the yarns. For this you can use QLQ-YWM Automatic Yarn Warping Machine there Are Two Options For Your Choice, Machine With 2 Heads Or Machine With 6 Heads.

In zipper tape production you will need

3. Long Chain Plastic Zipper Production:

After making the Center Cord and Zipper tape we are ready to go for the Long Chain Nylon zipper production. This process contains three sub-steps like making mix POM color, making plastic zipper teeth, crush waste POM bones etc. We will discuss about every points with required machines below:

3.1- Mix POM Color:

In this step we will mix different colors with POM materials. For this we will have to buy POM materials. QLQ also can provide POM materials for you Please click here : POM Materials QLQ .
After that you can buy any color you choose from local market. After that you will need QLQ-DTM Automatic POM Material Color Mixing Machine. The machine will do the rest of the JOB for you. You can buy that machine in different size and wait capacity. We have 50KG and 100KG machines.

3.2- Make Plastic Zipper Teeth:

It use injection machine together with injection zipper teeth mould to make the long chain zipper.
